A panel discussion on different security topics around Social Media as it relates BYOD (phones, laptops, networks, and tablets) and Cloud Services (such as Dropbox and Google Docs).  The panel will be moderated by Alex Grohmann.

Mark Rasch is an attorney and author of computer security, Internet law, and electronic privacy-related articles. He created the Computer Crime Unit at the United States Department of Justice, where he led efforts aimed at investigating and prosecuting cyber, high-technology, and white-collar crime. He helped the FBI and Treasury Department develop their original procedures on handling electronic evidence. He created and taught classes at the FBI Academy and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center on electronic crime and evidence. He has taught evidence law at the Catholic University School of Law, and white collar and computer crime at the American University School of Law. He has taught other computer and privacy law courses and incident response classes at the University of Fairfax, George Washington University, George Mason University, and James Madison University. He has also lectured at Stanford University, Harvard University and Harvard Law School.Jody Westby is the CEO of Global Cyber Risk and provides consulting services in the areas of privacy, security, cybercrime, and IT governance. She also serves as Adjunct Professor at Georgia Institute of Technology’s School of Computer Science and Distinguished Fellow for Carnegie Mellon CyLab, as well as chair of the American Bar Association’s Privacy & Computer Crime Committee. She has served as co-chair of the World Federation of Scientists’ Permanent Monitoring Panel on Information Security and was appointed to the United Nation’s ITU High Level Experts Group on Cyber Security. She speaks globally and is the co-author and editor of The Quest for Cyber Peace and four books on privacy, security, cybercrime, and enterprise security programs.Dr. Terry Gudaitis is currently the Owner/Principle of Mindstar Security & Profiling, LLC.  Mindstar Security and Profiling specializes in custom/concierge security training, consulting, and imminent threat assessment for the commercial industry focusing on high profile and high net worth executives and families.  Training and consultations include a unique perspective and blend of physical/cyber security, intelligence, and behavioral profiling.  Terry provides psychological and behavioral profiling for investigations and offers profiling training in the classroom to security professionals.  Before focusing on the commercial sector, Terry was an operations officer and behavioral profiler at the Central Intelligence Agency (Counter Terrorist Center).  Terry has served on the United States Secret Service Advisory Board for Insider Threat; trained investigators at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and regularly presents at national and international conferences
